Everything went well other than you holding my truck for six weeks The service manager was great. The guy that helped me after the guy to quit was wonderful. The lady that Chuck checked me out was awesome.

I scheduled a routine service plus two recalls for my F250 Diesel. I checked in at 7am and they called me at 11am and told me my vehicle was finished. These days that is exceptional service. At another dealership I was told they either didn't have a diesel mechanic or it would take at least two days for this routine service. Good job MOG Ford.
Allen was very helpful attending to my issue. He certainly has outstanding customer service skills! I appreciate his help.
