Mall of Georgia Ford has a very trustworthy service department. Both the service managers and the technicians who perform the work. We are long term customers and have always relied on MoGFord to service our two cars. We have not been disappointed.
Service department is courteous, efficient , timely and very communicative with regards to repairs and maintenance.

Really liked the communication through text and email during my service visit. I brought it in for a oil change/ tire rotation but needed other work done. The recommendations were sent to my phone with a link by text. I checked the ones I wanted to have done and approved the work. It was very easy! Didn't add much time.

Got in own time and I was out super fast for oil change tire rotation Pretty good coffee also to drink while I wait.
Had my F150 routine service due and every went well. There was also a recall on the tailgate. That was also rectified.
