Going to a dealership for service has always been one of those questionable things because you feel they’re just looking for ways to make money off of you. However, I’ve never felt that way about Mall of GA Ford. They listen to you, give you sensible answers, and then do the work as agreed. They’ve never tried to upsell me and even told me I didn’t need new brake pads when I went there once to get brake pads. As long as they keep making customers feel valued, I will be a customer.

Tried to help every way they could with the repair of our new 2022 ford bronco

Due to labor shortages staff has turned over, to many new learning associates. Took three trips into the service center to analyze and repair the issue. Still not confident in the fix.
