Allen Green, my service representative, was outstanding. He handled the 60,000 mile service on my F-150 just fine, and also the recall service on the Master Break cylinder, but he went way out of his way to help me subsequent to the vehicle servicing. After leaving the dealership, I took my truck to an inspection center as part of the annual vehicle registration process. It failed because the censor that the inspector accesses was not responding. Great personal.Josh took care of my problems with my new 2020trk stands behind his word. As for the service department Katrina was great until she left now Joy has stepped in to her shoes and never missed a beat when I call Joy I don’t worry about anything she’ll take care of it.
