I had such a great experience here, I bought a used 2015 F150 here in Dec 2020. Derrick was my salesman and he was low pressure, very helpful, convinced me to pay the extra to have the leather put in which was expertly done. The truck had aftermarket wheels/tires that did not fit the truck and rubbed significantly which I only realized a week after taking it home. Dragos (sales manager), the GM and Sterling from service Dept worked together to correct the situation quickly and beyond what I expected. Hands down the best car ... read more

Service Advisor Tony Owens very pleasant, professional, explained everything to me and gave recommendations on other maintenance items that I need to get done. He is friendly. We chat about Ohio, Ohio State, etc Service drive thru check in lanes, customer waiting area are clean, well lit and nice. No complaints about anything. Thanks

Have purchased three vehicles from the dealership over the past 20 months. The sales team has always been great to deal with and I have always felt that the deals were good deals. The only current issue involves that last vehicle that I purchased and the lack of response around getting the second key for this vehicle. I have made multiple attempts to get this addressed over the past 3 months to no avail. Please contact me so this issue can get resolved.
