Great service Alan was awesome! He was ready when I arrived for my appointment and got me in and out for my oil change in record time. My car was clean and ready when I got back in it. Thanks for a great experience.

Wowed!!!! We received the BEST customer service from everyone! My husband tagged along and I had told him what a great service department this dealership had provided on an earlier visit. We moved here from Texas and he was very impressed from the gentleman who greeted us to the service man to the courtesy driver to the receptionist and to the checkout desk. He said that he didn’t think anyone there could give bad customer service. What a compliment. Thank you. Laura and Gary McCarter

Great service Only came in for an oil change, but asked to do a check over if the entire vehicle, as the factory warranty is set to expire. No problem asking for that, and all is good. Quick and efficient, with excellent communication.

Customer Service I love recently took my car in for an oil change. There were some complications after my car was serviced, and I had to leave my car overnight. The service I received went above and beyond! I haven’t and never will take my car anywhere else. They are excellent and I highly recommend having your car serviced with my Ford dealership.
