Great handling! Bought a new car from Diego. He was polite and thorough. He respected the fact that I couldn’t talk while at work. We communicated via text and he handled it like a pro.

Pretty good Our sales person was very attentive but not over bearing. Our finance guy was nice but didn’t seem to be completely knowledgeable about warranties and began the process without telling us the interest rate or monthly payment. I had to interrupt him after he asked us to sign papers for that information, which I feel should have been the first thing we discussed.

Oil change I talked to Danny Cochran who was very knowledgeable about Ford trucks. He gave me a few recommendations and one to follow up on before it became a bigger problem

This was all warranty work. Tony in Service did a great job taking care of my wife’s 2018 Ford Explorer. Tony made sure the seat was sewn back well. And trim piece was replaced on passenger door. Thank you

Went in for a new key I called to get a price to have a new key made. I just got off the phone with a locksmith, his price was $169. Knowing the dealership always charges the max, I called anyway. Oscar gave me a price of $135. I asked if I needed an appointment or can I just stop in. I was told it was dead, c'mon in, it will take about an hour.
