Unexpectedly an absolute breeze I was met at the door my salesman Dalton was expecting me. My vehicle was waiting for me in front we talked and he took my information and submitted it to the finance manager and came back for a brief negotiation that took all of 30 seconds and I was accommodated with all of my needs and I left with the vehicle I came for. Dalton was fantastic I would refer my friends and family to Dalton and the Mall of Georgia
Great customer service Matt was the service guy he was excellent customer service.. very nice knew what he was doing.. 😁 he went over everything they did and didn’t try to sell me nothing I didn’t need ..
Transmission replaced some miscommunications, transmission delivered but the party who accepted it did not make anyone aware and let it sit. Delayed installation. No paperwork given when I picked it up. Requested it be mailed on Saturday. Today’s Wednesday , nothing yet. Not sure I would recommend but not committed against either. Was forced to check a. box.
Katie is amazing! Katie Sages was our service advisor and she did an amazing job! She was super easy to talk to, explained everything, and always went above and beyond to communicate with me, even if she didn’t really have any new news. I hope we don’t have anymore issues w/ our car, but if we do I will be requesting her for sure!

Great service very clean Very friendly service like the upgrade of the facility had a new fuel pump put in along with an oil change and check was a bit pricey and for the price you would think they would replace fuses that was missing or out as part of the service check with the oil change but overall I'm happy with the service

Excellent Service With A Friendly Demeanor I took my F-150 in for its 40k mile service. My service rep, Oscar, met me and explained what was included in the service check. All went well and my truck was ready on schedule as promised. Oscar noted my tires were wearing on the outside rims and suggested I put in 3-pounds more of air above the standard fill. He also provided info and recommendations for replacement tires, when the time comes. He was professional and personable and I much appreciated his recommendations.
