After accident my ford escape was totalled & my insurance had vehicle replacement program with the kind of vehicle & options you wanted & I got four dealers in my area. Mall of Georgia Ford called me within 30 minutes of my request and had the exact ford escape I wanted! Shawn did everything he could to make my experience as pleasant and time efficient as possible. When I got to the dealership, he was prepared with the completed and approved application and answers to any questions I might have. The financing paperwork was done in an efficient and extremely friendly atmosphere and I am thrilled with my new Fiesta. I would definitely recommend Mall of Georgia Ford to my family and friends and will be back for my next purchase!

The day was very hot, but Tom Richards ran out to the lot to great us and help us pick out a new vehicle. I was very much appreciative of his attentiveness and the way he made me feel important. I wish all salespeople would treat me the way he did, he is a fine example of the way an excellent salesperson should act toward their customers! The folks at MoGF were excellent. I began putting feelers out via online by using Edmunds and met Adrian over at MofGF. We corresponded by email for several weeks before I made a purchase and during that time he was able to refrain from constant and annoying phone calls and was content to conduct the relationship on my terms. Once I had obtained all the information I required and made a decision, he expedited the purchase process. The experience of purchasing a new car was almost overwhelming. But I got the price I wanted and the car I wanted at the Ford Mall of Georgia Dealership. The sales people were most patient and helpful. The finance person was also very helpful. A great experience. I have told my friends if you are looking for a Ford, so see Ford Mall of Georgia.

I was looking for a new F150 and stopped in the Mall Of Georgia dealership to "just look". I found exactly what I was looking for on the lot and drove it home that night. Everyone at this dealership was great. Best car buying experience ever.

My experience at Mall of Georgia Ford was very nice. My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle and decided on a Ford. Mall of Georgia Ford had a large selection of vehicles on lot, and my wife and I were able to find the perfect car for us. Our salesman Adrian was very helpful and worked with us throughout the entire process to get us into the car we wanted. I would definitely purchase from him and Mall of Georgia Ford again.
