Always easy to make an appt and people are always nice from start to finish

I liked their Customer Service follow up from Billy Heilein. Also liked the conveniece of their pick up service too. They were interested in my feedback.
Windshield sprayer no longer works after the reservoir was replaced. Answer button in the steering wheel stopped working also.
Service writer listened to what I had to say and thoughtfully came up with an approach to the problem. And the problem was fixed.
Bryan Nguyen was my sales representative at Mall of GA Ford and did a tremendous job in assisting me to acquire my vehicle. His professionalism, customer service, and courtesy was above and beyond. My overall experience, as a whole was awesome and off the charts. I appreciate all and I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK…!!!
