The service advisor Matteo was very accommodating. After I checked the car in I received a call explaining what was going on with my vehicle within hours and the advisor explained to me what was still covered under warranty and what I'd be responsible for since my warranty expired on some items which I greatly appreciated. My vehicle was involved in an accident. Ernie and his team got me on the schedule within 2 weeks, fixed the damage flawlessly, and offered constant communication throughout the process. They even finished a week ahead of schedule! I’m so impressed and thankful for their team.
Customer service at the service center is always awesome. I like that they always keep in touch as you wait, either verbally or by text and the service advisors are always patient to explain additional services.

I could only give a 5, but honestly how I really feel, a 10+ for MANY reasons. Every time my vehicle needs servicing they are spot on, from the service advisor Stephanie and Melvin who made sure this last service was completed in just a couple of days (picked me up with an Uber when the work was finished), to Marilyn in customer service following up afterward making sure everything was good.
