I received great customer service here. I took my truck into the service department for a brake job and my lug nuts needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the wrong lug nuts were installed and due to the wrong lug nuts being installed, I lost all of my center caps. But when I took my truck back to the service department, they corrected the problem and apologized for the mistake. I understand that anyone can make a mistake, but it takes great customer service to make things right. I definitely recommend this dealership.
Very friendly and on time but could not find and issue that happens every time I reverse after take my off the parking brake and also try to oversell my wife on an oil change.
Best Ford dealership in the southeast hands-down. If it wasn’t for Alan, Scott, Chris and Darreyell the establishment would fall apart. Thanks for always being there for me and my vehicle.
