I liked the fact they tried correcting their mistake by offering me the pickup service, made me feel like they cared i was dissatisfied.
The people I dealt with were courteous and professional. The work was done well and promptly with no issues. I have an older car that is a Lincoln Mark III and I was glad to find a service group nearby to do my maintenance, with the Jacky Jones dealership no longer servicing Lincolns.
Patrick in the Service Dept was very helpful in my 50K mile service. All items were handled and he was even able to get my Explorer back to me sooner than expected. Thanks for such Professional Service!
