I have had two Exploerer bought and service led for the time I had the vehicles. The first one I drove to 230,000 with only one majors repair. I have 2019 Explorer with 60,000 miles with no major repairs. The customer experience, service and the team members at Mall of Ga Ford are excellent!

I keep coming back ,(my third purchase in this many years) do you mostly through the high-quality service, and excellent leader ship on the part of the service manager in that area of the dealership. I had a recall on my mkc lincoln they picked it up and a few hours later called me they were bringing my car back. Parts were on backorder. I feel they should have known that prior to taking my car. I still have not heard back from them as to when they will have the parts.
They are very responsive and willing to help. They answered all of our questions and followed up in a timely manner.
