I was diagnosed with Fuchs Dystrophy disease about 7 years ago. My eyesight deteriorated last year to the point where driving was impossible. Dr. Shamie came highly recommended so I booked an appointment and after my first visit I knew she was the best of the best. She has since performed a DMEK partial cornea transplant on my left eye and I now have 20/30 vision in that eye. She is gifted, smart and genuinely cares about her patients. I am so lucky to have found her.

The entire medical procedure went extremely smoothly. No waiting in the reception area past your appointment time. The reception staff conduct themselves very professionally.
