I'm personally grateful to God for directing me to Dr. Maloney's Vision Institute. It was life changing. My right eye was considered blind due to a Soccer Ball injury many years ago that developed into a Cataract. After visiting Dr. Maloney, he gave me the confidence that he can make me see better again and it was a great relief. you put the "eye carumba" in eye surgery!
Perhaps a calendar with check marks for the drops. I have seen such used by other surgeons. I don't need it, but especially for patients who have caregivers doing the eye drops, it could be useful. Also, discuss how much of each eyedrop medicine a patient will need. I would have had a double prescription if I hadn't asked. But really, you have a terrific system and staff.
