The only thing I would break down a little bit more to the patient before the actual surgery, are the four billing components. Facilities, measurements, Anasthesia and actual surgical work. The explanation of your side of the business was perfectly clear when I made the decision, but it would be nice to know the other components and the other people I will need to pay after the surgery. Not a big deal but just something to know, and maybe something that you can't really do because of healthcare law etc.
Everything was so organized and thorough. From the pre op exam to the surgery to the post op. The folder with the many pages of information was so helpful especially the information on the eyedrops procedure. Dr. Maloney is so calm and nice and his office staff is very pleasant. I had the LASIK surgery just one week ago. I felt very comfortable during the entire process. I was a bit nervous at first but after researching the Maloney Vision Institute and meeting the team, I felt at ease. The next morning my vision was 20/20. It's now been a week and my eyes are starting to feel like they used to. The initial haze is gone. It's so nice not to worry about contacts or glasses anymore.

I'm personally grateful to God for directing me to Dr. Maloney's Vision Institute. It was life changing. My right eye was considered blind due to a Soccer Ball injury many years ago that developed into a Cataract. After visiting Dr. Maloney, he gave me the confidence that he can make me see better again and it was a great relief.
