Very caring staff at every level
It was really well prepared. Lots of important eye related measures were taken. Dr Shamie ultimately made the decision of which lens would be used and that was that. There was a lot of paperwork to read and understand but the nerves I had were not needed at all, it went very smoothly. I am looking forward to my first night drive which was the main reason for me to do the operation ,. 1 think it will go very well. Dr Shamie is awesome! She is so dedicated and her personal follow-up to check on you after the surgery is impressive. I had cataract surgery with the multi focal lens replacement and the results are amazing. I can’t believe that I not only see distance, but can read fine print without reading glasses. It is life changing. I highly recommend Maloney-Shamie-Hura Vision Institute.
From the initial eye exam through the cataract surgery and follow up care, everything was thoughtfully, sensitively, and professionally attended to. A remarkable experience!
