This was a great experience. The doctor must be a genius. I had no pain no vision loss no swelling no issues whatsoever. I could see as soon as I walked out the door. My life has changed.

My name is Gina, There’s a figure of speech called “Blind as a Bat” yes, that was me but EYE CAN SEE NOW. My prescription was a “+ 8” in both my right and left eyes. Excellent care and service! Dr Shamie and Maloney were both wonderful, took time to explain the procedure. The entire staff, especially surgical coordinator, Vilda was extremely helpful to prepare for surgery.

Everything was as or better than expected. Totally professional staff, friendly, comforting (for those that were nervous like me) and efficient. All of my questions were answered and everyone from the receptionist to my doctor were continually making sure I was comfortable and OK. When it is time for my other eye to be done, I'll be back.

Before surgery the team offered options from standard cataract surgery to advanced cataract surgery (specialized lens and laser procedure to remove the cataract).  Additionally, Dr. Maloney personally discussed the options. He was patient and thoughtful in his explanat... read more
