Everything was as or better than expected. Totally professional staff, friendly, comforting (for those that were nervous like me) and efficient. All of my questions were answered and everyone from the receptionist to my doctor were continually making sure I was comfortable and OK. When it is time for my other eye to be done, I'll be back.
From the moment I stepped into the Maloney-Shamie Institute there was a feeling of professionalism and competence exuding from the team. That was continued and amplified with my appointment with Dr. Maloney and the subsequent cataract surgeries he performed. The pre-op visit was very reassuring and through. The surgery prep was quick, without delay and I am surprised how fast the surgical procedure lasted. I have no side effects and the results are truly amazing, the color saturation and clarity with my new lens is remarkable . I very much appreciate the skill and excellent results.
