They installed new carpeting and did a great job. Love the customer service, everyone polite.

We had a vinyl plank floor put down and a year later noticed defects in the flooring Have called and gone to the store at least 3 times in the last 2 months to have a warranty inspection. No response and no resolution. And also, they will not pay for labor to resolve the problem Mind you, the flooring has a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer so there should be not reason not resolve the issue. Will never do business with them again.
Communication with this company with the customer is zero. I've been dealing with a floor repair from a job contract signed June 1, 2022. Last week, I thought it was finally going to be finished and the installer was given a box of flooring in which each piece was damaged. My floors are still not finished and my room is still torn up. I'm very dissatisfied with this company who says they're all about customer service. Beware. Don't believe them.

I've been waiting for Manasota Flooring to install quarter round to finish the tile replacement in my main bedroom since May 2021. Getting the grout fixed was a separate nightmare (took 3 tries and 4 months) My calls are rarely returned, the only department that seems to work is accounting. Neal Builders and Manasota both saying it's not their responsibility.

I purchased a new home 5 yrs ago I paid extra for an upgrade to Mohawk wood floor installed by Manasota I have 4 areas showing wear prematurely I have been working between Mohawk and Manasota for 4 months I have had 3 inspections and no progress toward a solution Chris Q********** the top person at Manasota promises me a staff member will get in touch with me as yet no call

WOW I wish I had read this before I purchased the wood flooring and bedroom carpet in our home, the salesman Bill did a great job selling their product but now there is a water stain on the engineered wood flooring in the master bath which gets bigger as time goes on, at first I thought it was the grain of the wood but now it has grown to three boards wide, I have called and text Bill their salesman a couple of times now and as of today he told me to get a plumber to look and repair it and if the plumber said the carpet inst... read more

These guys don't know what they're doing. They built two showers without any waterproofing. They came back to rebuild them when it was discovered. Still don't know what they are doing. Their guy showed up with a cleaning brush to apply the waterproofing. A CLEANING BRUSH!!! He said: it is cheaper. That's it, cheaper for them is what matters.

I contracted with the Manasota Flooring in Venice on January 6th to have carpeting/tile removed from a family room and 3 bedrooms. Replacing this was a Quick Step product laminate flooring. Since I have limited space in my house and a husband with mobility issues, I had to do this job in 3 phases. The first phase was the family room and that went well. Typically these type of issues does not happen as we try hard to pay attention to detail, but unfortunately it did happen.
