I purchased carpet from mansota carpet Bradenton in February 2017. The installer did a horrible job. Damaged my furniture, walls, and carpet in another room. Tied drapes in knots. Mansota gave me cleaner to clean the carpet in other room. Would not do anything about damaged furniture or repair walls. Would NOT recommend them for any flooring.

The ****** carpet was installed on May 4th 2017 and was inspected on May 5th 2017. Upon the findings of the inspection there was one little stain on the carpet and was offered to have the stain professional cleaned, and carpet cleaner was given. In regards to the minor scratches that occurred during the installation process, the client did sign one of our company installation agreements that clearly states some scuffs and or scratches may occur. The tile was not laid properly & the grout was not what I picked out and they won't do anything about it. The store manager came to my house and was very condescending! Told me it was laid right & that the grout was what I picked out. He was very rude. I would not recommend that store to my worst enemy!

If the installation is not correct based on the finding of our install manager it will be replaced. The most poorly managed company I've ever dealt with. I hired Manasota Flooring on 1 St. in Bradenton to remove and replace wall to wall carpet in my retail store. The salesman Bob B********* came to my business three times- to measure, bid and collect a deposit. Each time he measured the rectangular space and assured me the job was easy and could be done in a day. It was important to have it done in one day to prevent disruption of the daily operation. Yes our sales person did come out to measure and yes a human mistake did take place on the measurements, as we all do make mistakes from time to time, but I am not in any way making light of the situation. The WORST service experience of my life. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Sales Sam said my 3200 SF job would be $26000 and completed in 1 week, maybe 2. I felt the price was really high, but my schedule was limited and they were rated high on Angie's list plus being a 40+ year old family business who said they could get it done quickly.
