After getting several good cuts by PEDRO, the last two were POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL. WHY? Because he snipped the back of my neck, this is my UPDATED REVIEW. This is my final cut by him. I had a 1pm appointment and it was obvious he was rushing. Rushing so much I said "hey, what are you doing, you're brushing my hair so forcefully you are brushing my ear. I don't have hair on my ear! Hostess was pleasant. Very clean and organized. Actual cut was HORRIBLE. I asked for a shave and beard shape up. He rushed, nicked me, and left side didn't even match the right side when he edged it all up. I literally could have just did it myself for these results.

I had been to the Man Cave about 2 years ago and had stopped up until now. I booked with Savanna and the cut is just fine.. My issue is with pricing. In the past, I paid $25 for a haircut... My brother who has the same hair as I do still pays $25. I was charged $35 and when I questioned it, I was told I got a MASTER haircut... According to the website "Expert cut, shampoo & rinse, a straight razor shave on sideburns & neck, blow-dry & style." Never got a shampoo and never saw a straight razor.. STAY AWAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!! HORRIBLE customer service. The front desk receptionist did not simply know how to schedule or look at appointments. I had made an appointment as a surprise for my husband for the holidays and had 4 services paid for and scheduled (couple hundred dollars) with Grace at the front desk. Upon his arrival, the receptionist said he was an hour and a half early (after confirming the day before) and the 4 services were not directly after each other he had to wait in between. Man Cave = Bad shave! I was in need of a shave and thought I would treat myself. It was no treat. First I got cold shaving cream and soon after I was cut twice! I have had dozens of professional shaves and was never once even grazed. This guy cut me twice under both nostrils. I waited to write this because I don't like writing negative posts. Let me start off by saying, I hate leaving negative reviews. But I have to share this experience so others know what to expect. I was given a gift card for a hot shave because I never had one before and my wife thought I would enjoy it. My first impression was okay, but before writing a review, decided to visit again. While two visits does not a trend make, it is better than a single point of reference and an opportunity to look for items of consistency. Let's start with the facility. Not happy at all. Before you shave an inch off my beard you should say I'm going to make major changes. The sides are not even even and my skin is now all inflamed from the razor. I'm fuming... Never going to come back here. My skin actually hurts. Ugh.

They haven't changed their hours of operation on the door, so the first time I went they were supposed to be open and yet they were closed. I walked in today to check it out.
