had such a wonderful experience working with Sofia! She is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly empathetic and patient. Being bilingual, she was able to explain everything clearly in both English and Spanish, which made a huge difference for me and my family. I have been having pest issues since December when I moved in with little help and excuses. Home(s) Consistently have Worms, Rollie pollies, scorpions and other bugs. The response time is piss poor. I emailed them and requested pest service in March, they lied said they came and didn’t and didn’t respond until a month later with no acknowledgement of my email. I’ve asked the manager to come numerous times and not once has someone came. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have plenty of pictures and videos.
I’ve lived here for about 4 months now and honestly, it’s been a great experience. Despite some of the negative reviews about management, I’ve had no issues. The office staff including maintenance has always been friendly and helpful. My leasing consultant Natalia, was amazing throughout the move in process and made everything feel smooth and stress free. Upon arrival Stephanie greeted me and asked about my day, it made me feel very welcomed! She offered me something to drink then proceeded to show me all the amenities on the property. The property is very well kept. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about the property, any question I had she had an immediate answer!
