We went into this location today and it was wonderful! The staff is TOP TIER!!! The manager even put my baby to sleep!

I've been here for 2.5 years, and I really do love the staff. For me it's great because I've got easy access to the highways, 10 minutes or less to Uptown, Trinity Groves and Love Field. 15 minutes to Bishop Arts and Deep Ellum. Price point is good and the apartments are definitely spacious. Definitely ask for Mica, she's my go to and honestly the best.

We lived here for two years and had our ups and downs. Pros: nicer apartments/new building, nice pool and common areas, friendly staff, the two courtesy officers that were there when we lived here were really great, communication from staff with emails and keeping residents updated, walking distance to hospitals, and nearby pubs. I enjoyed meeting Micaela. She was super nice and knowledgable of the property and the units available. She was able to address of my questions with politeness. Of course safety precautions were in place due to Covid 19, plex glass , masks and etc. I scheduled an appointment and was able to view the unit alone which made things super easy. This a great property! Parking garage also which is a perk.

We have lived here for almost 2 years and are very happy with how our management team responds to suggestions or requests. Erica Colunga has been particularly helpful when renewing our lease and helping us sort out a bank mistake! Her laugh is infectious! The neighborhood is not the best, but I feel safe in my apartment.

The staff are always friendly and eager to help! For instance: Erica always makes sure we know when my puppy has mail so we can get it before I have to work. It says a lot when the staff is willing to go the extra mile, even for a furry friend! I have never had an issue any of the staff haven't worked hard to resolve!

Great apartment complex. I have lived here for the last 14 months and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. They have a luxurious pool, common area, pool table and the apartment gym is pretty nice. The front office gets back to you ASAP if you need something and maintenance is great. Erica in the front office goes beyond and above trying to make sure everybody comes to social events. She is the epitome of what you want at an apartment complex and she truly seems like she cares about her residents

Once again.. Brandy the property manager goes above and beyond... love living here!! Amazing pool and the media area is beautiful.
