I've lived on property since it opened, under previous owners. Just over a year ago Sherman took over, they came in and started "cleaning house." I lost count of how many managers we had, and staff. We were going to move out last summer when our lease was up, however due to things moving in a positive direction we decided to give Sherman another year. Had a misunderstanding with parking/towing and the management was very understanding and helpful to get everything taken care of. Great interiors inside the units, new and clean, as well as nice amenities through out the complex, amazing pool, great community area and nice workout room!
Maple is a beautiful, new apartment complex. My roommate and I got a fantastic deal (one month free and $250 off since she is a Southwestern student). The amenities are great with a clubhouse, one of the best pools in Dallas, free coffee and a business center. Sherman Residential took the property over from ZRS and has done above average job in terms of receiving packages, maintaining the grounds, and hosting events. I have lived here for about 1 month and I am very happy with this apartment. The apartments are incredibly spacious, the amenities are top-notch, the leasing office staff are extremely helpful, and I have not had any issues yet. In addition, for those who are addicted to Amazon Prime, the staff are here until 6pm on mon-fri and on weekends for you to be able to retrieve your packages. I also feel very safe with the gated garage parking and key fob entry.
Lovely community and office staff! The Starbucks machine is perfect for my caffeine addiction, and the pool is amazing. I'll be renewing my lease in October!
