The staff at Maple Glen Memory Care are absolutely wonderful, caring, approachable, helpful, and more. I cannot praise them enough. The housekeeping is reliable, our loved ones room is clean and he is always clean and well cared for. Communication with the family is frequent and also reliable. We had a great experience with Maple Glen Memory Care. They have a very caring team who worked with our family through a difficult and steeply declining transition of care.
My family and loved one had a good experience with Maple Glen Memory Care. The staff are patient, attentive and compassionate towards the residents. The community is clean. Everyone is friendly here. The community provides meals and activities to assist with socialization of the residents. Overall we would recommend the community to others.
Maple Glen staff have worked with my loved one and have made her feel very comfortable. She accepts her living situation now and is happy. At home she was very difficult to handle. I feel sometimes Maple Glen is understaffed, front desk relief is poor. Weekends and holidays especially. The primary front desk person is very welcoming, but others are not very helpful. Our family has concerns about the lack of supervision in the halls / general security.
Our mom moving to MapleGlen Memory Care was the best decision my family has ever made, but also the most challenging. Finding somewhere to replace her home that she loved, seemed almost impossible. MapleGlen has become our mom’s “new home” that she feels comfortable living in. Everything from daily phone calls and texts from staff, to photos of craft activities we receive are an amazing comfort to all of us. I think the people taking care of him are well experienced and well trained. I wish there were more activities to keep him busy
Maple Glen Memory Care has me tthe needs of my cousin, as he journeys with dementia. His care is a priority and his needs are met as they arise. Good Care!
Maple Glen is a beautiful dedicated memory care facility. We had a great tour experience with them. We just felt another place we looked at fit our loved ones needs a bit better, but this looked like a great place!
