Our experience was shocking and sad. In late November 2018, our 96 year-old aunt was moved into Maple Glen Memory Care in Glen Ellyn, Il. She was in very good health, vigorous, but had advanced dementia, impaired eyesight and i hearing. She was friendly and relatively happy. She was evaluated to only require level 1 care.
