Dr. Nucum is the best. He made me feel very comfortable before and during my procedure. He explained exactly what he was going to do and what I would feel prior to starting the procedure. Dr. Nucum constantly made sure I was doing ok during the procedure and stopped a few times to show me my x-rays and explain what he was seeing and explaining my options to me. Prior to leaving he even drew a picture of my tooth in question to make sure I fully understood what the next steps were needed to repair the tooth in question.
Always friendly and professional staff. It makes going to the dentist a lot more pleasant!
Excellent facility. People were very nice and good at alleviating my anxiety. Very thorough and took time to explain procedures. I am VERY disappointed that Nitrous Oxide is not available for painful procedures. I will probably opt to have some of my procedures done elsewhere because of this.
