The wonderful Dr. who owned the practice sold around 02.2023. Now it is an shameful shell of what it once was. Multiple dentist who only work one day a week now are your dentist. The receptionist answered calls on speaker as Santiago, her son, runs amuk. Got a temp crowd and received NO instructions then lost the crown. BTW...got covid from them. PPE is NOT what is was. Bring your own sanitizer and don't put on the glasses.
My husband and I have gone to Maple Park Dental several times and I do not recommend them. I do love the dentists who treated our teeth but their front desk is unorganized, rude, and uninformed. The members of the Maple Park Dental are not consistent. They have changed out staff frequently. The front desk receptionist consistently called me by the incorrect first name.
