Love Dr. Dan and the staff Savannah loves Dr. Dan and says it "feels like family" there. The needles/filling did not hurt at all.
A FUN dental visit? Yes, it WAS fun ... The hygienist (Gina) is a good conversationalist with quite a sense of humor. I feel I received excellent, sensitive care in between -- and during -- the conversation! I (almost!) look forward to my next visit.
Waited over half hour to be seen.
This was my second appointment where I was kept waiting for over 30minutes. My first appointment I left after 30 minutes and had to reschedule and now my second appointment it was 45 minutes before I saw the dentist. Plan on bringing a book if you have an afternoon appointment.
for the 1st time in 6yrs of going to Maplewood Dentist, I was disappointed at the wait time, I waited 35min before getting taken in to the Hygentist, I realize that sometimes a pt. may need more time than is alloted but usually that is with the Dr. having said that I am pretty ok with my appts they do accommodate you when trying to get you an appt. asap .
The cleaning was fine but the cost prohibitive. I won't be back and I won't recommend this company to anyone else. The last time I had my cleaning done here it cost half as much. I had no warning that it would be this ridiculously expensive.
Service was great and takes new patient emergencies with professional courtesy. Love the place but will not go back because they don't file insurance claims. On top of that...i was told that my insurance was ok there and found out later that the doctor i visited was not one that participated. That error cost me some super bucks.
EVERYTHING WAS JUST PEACHY.
I'm a sick old man who came to have a tooth looked at for filling or extraction and immediately I'm told I need a total mouth examination by a new doctor who was extremely interested in selling his services. .Dr.Conley was noticeably irritated when I even asked questions. He should have retired already!
