I visited this practice following an extraction of a tooth in my home state. I complained of feeling something in the socket area of the extraction.I was examined for less than two minutes, told all was well and charged $75.00. I continued to have a problem and could visually see something. Four days later, I was able to pull a tooth fragment from the site.

I had some problems with one of the dentist's, and told them about it. One time I was still waiting 20 minutes pass my schedule appointment time. So I rescheduled that appointment and the dentist didn't like that, and I was told that after this visit, that they are done with me. Just because I stood up for myself, and wouldn't wait on them. I always thought that the customer was right, but I guess that rule changed without, them telling the customer.

I called at 8:00 am with a broken tooth and was called within the hour with an appointment for 10;30. I am so grateful to the staff at Maplewood they are so caring and efficient. So again a positive experience at Maplewood.

My 8:00 appointment was not ontime because the office doors did open to the patients intil 8:10.
