Excellent service! Very professional, I was kept apprised of the situation, job was done quickly.
We were greatly impressed with the service experience at Maranello. Both sales and service teams are first class. We always intended in buying a BMW from Maranello BMW. When the time came to buy, a new dealership had recently opened in our Northern Ontario town. We visited the Maranello sales team as well as the local dealership in Sudbury. Service to my vehicle was performed in a timely manner. I was informed of the process.
Great service, overall experience was smooth and prompt. They have a waiting area that is also quite nice
Loaner vehicle was provided with a $45 admin fee that used to be 20 bucks. Car came in with the same codes. It had registered previously 3 times in the past. Unfortunately the vehicle didn't show same codes.while being tested at the dealer. So essentially nothing was done regarding it but I don't believe the dealer was able to get BMW Canada to service the vehicle under warranty. Oil change was performed in which I paid only for labour cost. Service rep was good and issue was handled in a timely manner.
Gary was very helpful, explaining the services required and recommended and the pricing and expediting my service to reduce my wait time. As always, servicing a BMW is very expensive.
Fantastic overall experience! Pietro is always professional, courteous and very helpful especially if I have inquiries. Making an appointment is seamless and the wait times are always as expected or less.
