Had my X3 towed to the deal ship for engine issues, Peter (Pietro) the service advisor handled the service from the moment my car landed at the dealership, he kept me up to date with the diagnostics through out the following two days. I must say that I'm very satisfied with the quality of repair , the car is running very smooth and hopefully stays that way for long time,,
