"My first time going to a dealership and might be my last...." My first time going to a dealership and might be my last. The receptionist Lisa was pleasant to talk to, but going into get a 55 point check and three recalls on my 2008 BMW 323i cost me over $700 because I was led to believe I needed my steering wheel drained amongst other things. Just not a fan of the upsell.
