Gary Medeiros did a great job for me kept me updated on the status of my car
Maintenance service is very good But the wait time is a bit long. Preowned Sale manager is not respectful to customers however service department is better
This is my second car with the dealership and from the first one to this one there has been nothing but amazing service. John P, Pietro, Wilson and Rosemary truly make you feel like VIP. I have dealt with many dealerships and was query with dealing with Maranello, but this Team has always made every transition educational and fun, treated me like gold. Thank you guys for making my experience at Maranello BMW one of a king! I Love my BMW!
Having visited two other car dealerships on the same day, there was certainly a noticeably different and unique experience walking into Maranello BMW. It was a very inviting and personable experience. The sales staff took the time to understand what I was looking for, building an ideal BMW, and recommending a demo vehicle that was already onsite that met almost every single one of my desired specifications. Their follow up was timely, as promised and not pushy. In less than 2 weeks, I had my very own BMW.
