BMW F900R first service. Very good reception and treatment. I opted to wait for the bike and was told that it would be about 1.5 hours. There was a software update issued for the bike and it ended up taking from 9:00 am to 12:00pm. The whole time I received an apology, coffee, and hourly updates as to what was happening. Overall result, bike came out unscathed, serviced and even had a minor bath to remove fingerprints and such. Nothihg to conplain about so far...
Happy with job done. Recomandation to replace the engine cover inconsistent with reality- changed all engine gaskets less than a year ago…someone did something wrong with the cover -engine is whsling… I will get second opinion.

This is my home dealership, as I got my car from here.
