Work was done quickly and my car was ready at the appointed time. Only issue I have involves discount coupons for service which I forgot to bring with me to my appointment. I went in to the dealer for a issue with a sensor light and not only were they able to deal with the related issue but were able to accommodate me with changing the brakes as the same time - without an appointment and within a reasonable time. The service rep was very helpful and stayed on top of the repair to expedite it.
