"Our BMW helmets got recalled...went to point of purchase..." Our BMW helmets got recalled...went to point of purchase ( a BMW dealer) didn't reply to emails or phone calls...I contacted BMW Germany. Got results then...went to Maranello and was sooo pleased. Helmets were replaced and 2 happy campers were away on the bike again. Parts guys are awesome!
