I worked with Marc on a refinance of my current home, I went into the situation thinking of refinancing to another 30 year mortgage, but thankfully Marc's guided me with his expertise to select a refinance term that would reduce my mortgage time by many years at a significantly lower interest rate...all while keeping my mortgage payments relatively the same.
