Marc was a pleasure to work with from the initial phone conversation I had with him. He understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish with the refinance. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and the process moved along quickly. He said we would close before Christmas and we did. I highly recommend him and his team!

The first time I met Marc Calicchio he said he'll make the refi process worry free and effortless. He did just that and more. There are not enough good words to praise this gentleman. He says what he means and he follows through the entire process and communicate with him as the information is reviewed and approved. Marc was there everyday to help my wife and I purchase our first home. Despite issues with the Realtor and seller, Marc kept the process moving and gave us faith to keep pushing forward. Not only did he walk us through the process of acquiring our loan, but he also was there as a rock whenever we were lost of confused about it. My wife and I have worked with Marc twice in home purchases. Marc is always readily available for anything needed via phone or email. We enjoy the responsiveness because we often had a lot of different questions. Marc was always happy to answer are questions and help us reach out to other folks involved in the process in home purchasing. Marc took the time to review things with us. Marc was great to work with. He was extremely responsive as we were under some tight timelines in the house hunting phase. Then once we had our offer accepted, he really pushed to ensure the process went smoothly. Would definitely work with him again.

Marc was easy to work with. Always answered my calls even on a Sunday. On the day of closing he had us stop at the office and he went over the entire closing statement line by line. I personally liked a local guy working in the town he lives in.
