I spoke with Stephanie and she was very understandable and does not rush you. She took her time and got me through the proper procedure. She replies quick. I did contact other lawyers but apparently everyone is busy. No matter how busy Stephanie was she got my statement quick. In less than 5 working days I was submitting paperwork and have a case manager.

Have had veterans organizations deal with my disability claims. Unfortunately, they lacked professionalism and their staff was constantly changing. I highly recommend this professional group of people. Jonathan Willingham was my original paralegal who was very responsive and a hard worker then my final paralegal: Chris Stevenson was amazing and really really helped me understand snd navigate a very complex process.
