Installers were on time and gave a courtesy call to let me know they were coming. They knocked the project out so quick too. My carpet is so soft. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

Things were great from the time we walked in the store till the time the products were installed. All communications were timely and accurate. There was no pressure to buy. Jordan was extremely helpful during the entire buying journey. He is extremely knowledgeable on all the products, and offered helpful suggestions. We are extremely pleased with both the laminate floor and the carpet. We would certainly recommend Marchio and staff to anyone.
