The people we worked with, Jordan and Kevin, were extremely patient and accommodating. At one point the materials were delayed, due to the pandemic. I was given a temporary option for my flooring, because it had to be completed for my daughter’s wedding. Kevin and Jordan stopped by my house throughout the purchase and installation, to make sure everything went well. The installer, I believe his name was Alex, was phenomenal! My floors are beautiful! I had to have my entire first level flooring replaced because another company came in and did such poor work their floors didn’t even last a year! I hired Marchio to replace the damaged floors and I had a great experience. Kevin went above and beyond for me, knowing I had just been taken advantage of.
