We had the wood flooring ripped out and replaced with Mannington Restoration laminate. Alex did a great job installing it. We also had the soaking tub removed and replaced with a new shower with a bench and niche. Kevin, Frank, and Mike did an awesome job. Kevin is extremely easy to work with and he wants to make sure you are very happy with your project. Would recommend Marchio to everyone.
We had family room, living, dining rooms, kitchen and hallway done with vinyl planking. We were very happy working with Kevin, Frank, and Alex. They did an excellent job and we love the results.

Extremely dissatisfied with Jordan. 2 months after we spend 9200$ we have a small water leak in our toilet on the floor they replaced and it’s our fault. It’s amazing how quickly customer service goes out the window. Promises of follow were ignored, and my money is as green as everyone else and I’m sure others will take out for additional flooring, countertops and sinks. The person I brought in afterward laughed bc there was absolutely NO CAULK PLACED UNDER THE SEAL OF THE TOILET. Which of course must have been my fault!�... read more
Marchio’s Tile & Carpet April 6, 2021 From the day we walked into Marchio’s Store in Lockport, everything went smoothly with Jordan being our salesman. Not knowing exactly what we wanted, he patiently went through samples, sent some home with us and answered questions and questions. We had our floors redone during the fall of 2020, and we couldn't be happier. We originally had carpet and went to Marchio for the product only, as they were the only ones in the area to carry it. After we began our flooring project, we saw that our original contractor did a quite unusual install, and this was going to require somebody professional.
