Things were great from the time we walked in the store till the time the products were installed. All communications were timely and accurate. There was no pressure to buy. Jordan was extremely helpful during the entire buying journey. He is extremely knowledgeable on all the products, and offered helpful suggestions. We are extremely pleased with both the laminate floor and the carpet. We would certainly recommend Marchio and staff to anyone.

Michelle helped us to choose the type of carpeting that we needed. Jordan was pleasant and answered our questions when he came out to measure. The installers did such a great job! They worked so hard and cleaned everything up! We are very pleased with Marchio!
Jordan was very informative and helpful when picking out what i wanted. I had a budget and he kept to it. The installers were fantastic, they laid my flooring down with little interference of our normal household routine.
