Excellent Total Experience! No pressure but helpful Sales support followed by expert Installation made this a great buying experience. Phil was very knowledgeable in product and installation techniques. He helped guide us through the entire process. Alex our installer was the best. Flooring and trim looks great. Couldn't be happier with our choice of Mohawk and Marchio!
They did a great job installing our carpet and tile. They were prompt, professional, and cleaned up when they were done. Jordan helped us pick out our carpet & tile. He was personable, polite, & knowledgeable. He was very helpful and followed up every step of the way. We highly recommend Marchio Tile & Carpet and would definitely purchase from them again.

Great experience from start to finish. Jordan was very customer focused and came to our house with samples, he made everything easy and was very helpful. Price quoted was reasonable and included moving a ton of furniture. Installers were skilled and all went smoothly. Highly recommend using them.
Marchio once again did a great job. Jordan and the rest of the staff are great and professional. They stand by their work and products. The installers were friendly and on time.
Everyone we dealt with - Jordan, Kevin, Erwin and his partner - was very friendly and helpful. Great experience
My floor was installed great, the installer was neat and a perfectionist. The carpet was done very well , and clean up was good.the only small problem was the trim in one room had to be repainted. Phil the salesman was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable, and a very caring attitude.
