Excellent salesman and installer
We had a wonderful experience with Marchio Flooring! We selected Marchio because of their 5.0 Star rating on Google reviews. Our experience surely showed this rating was fully justified. We started the process back in November 2021. Phil, our salesperson was great. Very knowledgeable and personable. Due to Covid, there were several delays getting the wood flooring we ordered. Excellent service and products. All personnel involved in the project were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Very considerate and respectful of my property. Kevin Pastori always was on top of the project and what was taking place. Always kept me informed. I had complete trust in his ability and suggestions. I’m very grateful I had a great team of people to complete my bathroom project.
Jordan did a great job explaining everything . Installation went very well. Everything looks great.
Phil was knowledgeable about the products I needed and I was able to take home samples to choose from. Suggestions were made to remedy some problem areas on the kitchen floor and baseboards.which came out great. Alex the installer did a nice job with everything including clean up! I will highly recommend Marchio's to everyone!
