Marcus reached out various times during the process to discuss status of income and what to plan for. When it came time to lock in a rate, he followed up with me on his days off during the weekend, and explained items that I was confused about so that I can better understand the details of the cost of locking in a rate and the estimated closing documents made available on my online account.
