He made it possible for me to continue with the purchase process of this KB Homes property by making experience pleasant and by providing required timely proactive and accurate support. Otherwise, I would have walked away from the home as KB Homes, as a builder, totally messed it up. Issues with the home construction, delays, bad support by Chris Nichols etc. I can't think of purchasing a KB home again without Marcus being there. Kudos to Marcus!!
