Marcus is one of the best Loan officers I have ever worked with. He made it possible for me to continue with the purchase process of this KB Homes property by making experience pleasant and by providing required timely proactive and accurate support. Otherwise, I would have walked away from the home as KB Homes, as a builder, totally messed it up. Issues with the home construction, delays, bad support by Chris Nichols etc. I can't think of purchasing a KB home again without Marcus being there. Kudos to Marcus!!
