Throughout the whole process of the loan, Marcus always made sure to keep me updated and to inform me where I was at in the process and what else had to be done in order to have things done correctly and on time. Marcus was very personable and went above and beyond to stay in contact with me. There were times when my job required me to be away for weeks at a time. And Marcus would still find a way to communicate with me. He definitely contributed to my overall experience with KB homes.
From day one Marcus was great. He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained and mapped out the home buying process for us. As a first time home buyer it was very comforting to work with someone who was very prompt at returning my calls or texts. He was always available and offering support thru out the entire process. Excellent customer service!
