The level of communication and advice given to me was very lacking. Once I expressed that I was unhappy with my service it did improve but the whole experience with the mortgage department was extremely unpleasant. The experience I had with all other areas of kB was great. The sales team, design studio, and builders were all so helpful and great to work with but the mortgage department is what would lead me to not recommend kB to anyone.

start from beginning Marcus had shown unprofessional behavior always been pushy and keep making promises with out any solid proof in writing, keep forcing me to choose KB just because he can get me incentive about $4000 out of $8000 and charging me points for no reason unlike other lender not charging me any points, after refusing his offer 6 months ago he followed up again and until i didn't get anything in writing from his branch manager and minimum charges of points i did not signed.

better communication. We had to ask specific questions before receiving updates. Questions like what is the rate? What are estimated closing costs? When will we close? What other information do you need? These are questions that should be known. Every communication was like our first. He did not know our file, we felt like we were one of thousands of clients.

Everything is good
